    Coccodrillo is a well-known children’s clothing brand in Poland and abroad. Thanks to many years of experience, high-quality products, and a consistent development strategy, we have built a network of stores in Poland and opened many points of sale abroad. We have been operating in e-commerce since 2010; our online store (en.coccodrillo.eu) is available in 7 language versions, reaching customers all over Europe.

     

    The growth of our brand is the result of well-thought-out decisions. Our excellent market knowledge allows us to choose locations with high sales potential. Thanks to our well-developed visual merchandising concept, Coccodrillo store interiors are modern, consistent, and customer-friendly, which enhances a positive shopping experience.

    We welcome individuals who already run a business or are ready to start one, regardless of prior retail experience. We value responsibility, independence, dedication, and an entrepreneurial spirit. We also highly regard communication skills and the ability to build relationships, determination in pursuing goals, organizational and managerial skills, a results-driven approach, and openness to customer needs.

    We won’t impose a specific location, but we’re happy to advise. We look for locations with potential. It’s important that the store is in a city of over 20,000 residents, preferably in a busy area (for example, a main shopping street, city center, or a mall). The store should be about 55–60 m², with a storefront window, a minimum height of 290 cm and no stairs.

    You will need a lease agreement or proof of ownership of the premises. The interior needs to be adapted to our standards – of course, we will support you at every stage and prepare the interior design project.

    It depends on the location, store size, your commitment, and the revenue generated. After a joint analysis, we can estimate a realistic timeframe for achieving profitability.

    The franchisee needs to have funds for the store fit-out and ongoing operations. Costs are determined on an individual basis, depending on the condition of the premises and the fit-out needed. Funds are required for renovation, furnishings, and a refundable deposit which secures the merchandise provided to you.

    Yes. It’s a standard safeguard for the merchandise provided. After the partnership ends, the deposit is fully returned upon final settlement.

    We don’t charge a franchise fee.

    We prepare the interior design project free of charge. We also provide a neon sign with the Coccodrillo logo, a POS (point-of-sale) system, IT equipment, and instructions. We’ll help with selecting and arranging the furniture as well. A Regional Manager and the Visual Merchandising team will support you throughout the entire process.

    The cost mainly depends on the size and condition of the premises. We consider each case individually, and we’re happy to discuss your situation and prepare an estimated investment plan.

    Experience in retail and knowledge of the clothing market are very helpful but not required. We provide training and offer support from experienced staff. You’ll be guided by a Regional Manager from the very start.

    You receive support with everything from stocking and logistics to marketing and sales. We continuously analyze data from your store so we can deliver products based on sales, collect unsold goods, help you with displays, and run promotional campaigns targeting your location. We train your team and are always available whenever you need us. The role of the Regional Manager is invaluable – they support all aspects of your store’s operations and are your first point of contact for any needs.

    It depends on the scope of renovation and the pace of progress, but we do everything to make the process as quick and smooth as possible. On average, it takes about 30 business days. We’re with you from the very first step.
